Sheri Berthel is the owner of Harmony Insurance Agency and has been hard at work within the industry for 30 strong years. Harmony Insurance Agency has grown significantly thanks to her hard work and dedication and her years of experience is a proven asset to her clients.

Sheri keeps up to date on current insurance topics and always makes sure she is giving her clients the best coverage options available. Sheri spends most of her time managing the agency, serving her customers and selling commercial property and casualty business. She is also active in many community and civic activities.

Brad is a kinesiology graduate of Northridge. He has over 4 years of experience in insurance sales and service with a specialty in transportation. He is well versed in the special programs that each company has to offer and dedicated to educating his clients on the coverages that they need to operate. He works hard to provide our customers with the care and service they deserve.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, going to sporting events and hanging out with his family.

Nick has been in the insurance industry for several years, and began in commercial transportation in 2018. He has been at Harmony Insurance since 2020, and has extensive knowledge in Trucking and Commercial Lines. Nick will always go the extra mile to ensure that his customer’s needs are met.

On the weekends,  he enjoys firing up the smoker and BBQing with friends. In the winter, you can find him on the slopes.

Gema has been in the insurance industry for 7 years. She is licensed in life, health and commercial insurance and has a background in hospitality and travel. Her current focus is working with hard to place transportation risks and help insureds improve safety for everyone on the road. In her free time she enjoys traveling to new places, snowboarding and exploring southern California’s best hikes.

Fernando has a background serving distributors all across the nation in the diamond tool industry.  At Harmony Insurance Agency he strives to provide a great customer experience and competitive quotes. He prides himself in growing relationships with his insureds and work diligently to meet their unique needs. Prompt responses mean you’ll receive certificates within 30 minutes during office hours.

After work he enjoys transcribing music from his favorite upcoming artists and attending live gigs in the area. Since privileged to reside so close to the coast you’ll also find him BBQing at the beach or with friends at a local brewery.

Teresa provides administrative support to the Harmony Insurance team. Teresa has over 10 years of experience in customer service and sales and has an unwavering work ethic. Teresa’s goal at Harmony is to build trust with our clients so she can understand and service the needs of their companies. Her passion for service, commitment to professionalism, and steadfast drive to make each client’s experience smooth and memorable makes her a reliable source when making changes to your insurance policy.
